What I do.

I believe in using a variety of assessment tools and inventories to ensure that the emotional work you are doing is properly paired with sound nutrition to give you the best possible outcome. The research supports the gut-brain relationship and my practice is devoted to supporting it in you personally. After working with hundreds of children and families as a clinical social worker, I began to notice that often times no matter how effective my clinical approach was it was always lacking a holistic perspective. You can expect me to evaluate both your mental health as well as your physical health. Together we will work to calm your nervous system and find solutions to gain wellness.

Who it works for.

My body- mind approach works best for those who have tried, or are hesitant to try, traditional talk therapy. It is for those who are experiencing emotional symptoms such as anxiety, depression, or physical symptoms such as allergies, asthma, weight gain or hormonal issues. Together we will find an effective combination of nutrition, lifestyle and emotional shifts needed to be the best version of you. For the best outcomes, we need to make sure we create a good team.
